Such was the case when Alessandro of Genoa (Genova) shared "Uovo in Raviolone alla Nino Bergese con Parmigiano dolce, burro nocciola e Tartufo Bianco d'Alba" below on Sunday.
Alessandro translated it as 'Egg yolk into a big Raviolo with sweet Parmesan, nut butter and white Alba Truffle' .
He did not cook it. Picture was taken at LaLibera , a little restaurant in Alba, Piedmont, where he usually goes during his wine travels. They are usually closed from early January to late February.
Alessandro works as a sommelier at Enoteca Mike in Genoa.
