Behind the Scenes, India Cookbook Teaser Video

I am expecting my copy of India Cookbook (Phaidon) by Pushpesh Pant any day now.

With the teaser video Behind the Scenes on the photo shoot for India Cookbook, Phaidon wets our appetite.

Nikita Gulhane who runs Spice Monkey, a cooking school in London, with a little help from his mother, Miss G, prepared and set the dishes. Andy Sewell took the photos.

I cannot wait to shine a light on more of the 1000 recipes included in India Cookbook.

Consider this a palate teaser.

The Phaidon Agenda is rich with great online content from Phaidon. I will check in and quote them frequently.

I interviewed him before and after a session on the Art of French Meat Cuts at Meat Hook (Brooklyn Kitchen) in Brooklyn. Yves-Marie showed French style versus American power side by side with Tom Mylan....
