Blue Note 2007, A Jazzy Red Wine by Domaine de Cabrol

I don't know if Claude Carayol the owner of Domaine de Cabrol is a music fan.

His Blue Note 2007 has Jazz all over it though.


This red blend from the Cabardes AOC located near Carcassonne is 80% Grenache, 20% Syrah.

The name hit the right note.

Did not taste it and not sure if the winery is still in business as I could not connect to its site.
