Santa! Will I get my $199 Wusthof Cheese Knife for Xmas?

Well just kidding, I am not sure what I would do with the Wusthof Gourmet 12 inch Double Handle Knife.
Its main use is for wheels of cheese such as Gruyere, Emmentaler and hard cheeses.
Let me know if you store a wheel or 2 of your favorite cheeses at home.
Maybe I am not quite ready to spend $199 on a knife. OK Cutlery and More where I found it throws in a Free Knife Sharpener and Free Cheese Board as a bonus but still.
A more reasonable alternative could be the Napa Style Cheese Knife Set, a creation of Chef Michael Chiarello, nice and only $79.95 at Cooking.com.
Berard_1
To tell you the truth, my pick of all the options I explored is the Berard French Olive Wood Crafted Cheese Knife (pictured here) a simple, useful and solid option, a cheap stake (price wise) compared to the others at $14.95 at Touch of Europe .

I can be sensible, sometimes.
