Today Jason notes that while Visiting Vinnie's, a local Chicago sandwich shop, he wondered about their opening hours as they were not posted on the door. Have you been to a restaurant, say on a Sunday evening. They stayed open even though they run out of many items and you are facing servers who have to deliver the bad news.
