A short Guide to Black Friday

A friend recently asked me for advice on purchasing a Laptop and whether he would get a better deal if he waited for Black Friday.
For those of you who do not live in the US, Black Friday is the Friday after Thanksgiving and it traditionally brings the Holiday Shopping Season in Full Gear.
To get back to my friend and his laptop question, I noticed yesterday a CNET piece suggesting the arrival of the $398.00 laptop at Wal-Mart on Black Friday.
That is if you want to brave the crowds that might hit the roads and the malls as early as 5:00 am in the case of Circuit City.

The most extensive guide I found so far for the shopping extravaganza is Black Friday 2006. The site also documents the PlayStation 3 launch by announcing that Costco will be selling the PS 3 Game Console online starting at 8:00 am tomorrow Friday, November 17.

For full disclosure, I will not be joining the crowds on Black Friday.

Let the shopping madness begin!

From their offerings I suggest their midsize 'Rhapsody' Chocolate Box (about half a pound), an assortment of some 40 chocolate bonbons, perfect for a small gift and delicious. I was searching for more information on them and discovered Le Cavalier Bleu (the Blue Horseman, sorry in French only) which...
