When in Rome visit 'Obika' Mozzarella Bar, Italy's twist on the Sushi Bar

OBIKA currently counts 3 locations, in Rome, Milan and London.

If you want to dig deeper on this topic, the Mozzarella Company offers its Mozzarella History along with a number of recipes.

Bon Appetit !
