When in Rome visit 'Obika' Mozzarella Bar, Italy's twist on the Sushi Bar

Down to its japanese influenced logo, OBIKA is Italy's twist on the Sushi Bar Concept. Except this time the base ingredient is Buffalo Mozzarella from Campania.
They also offer a variety of regional products from around Italy such as the 'Cinta Cenese' salami from Tuscany which I have never tried along with a selection of local wines and mineral waters.
