Run, Jazz, Run in Half Marathon from Napa to Sonoma..2007 Sneak Preview

Thanks to an E-Mail from illustrator Jean- Pierre Got, I discovered a yearly California Wine Country event, the Napa to Sonoma Half Marathon. What I actually got is a sneak preview of the poster Jean-Pierre designed for the 2007 edition of that event taking place on July 15, 2007. Marathon Jazz, the dog on the poster is Matt Dockstader's best friend. Matt organizes the race.

Here's what Cool Running said of the 2006 edition.

Now that I gave you a very early heads up, you can start training. I guess the Wine Tasting will have to wait until after the race if you want to cross the finish line.

The only Half Marathon I ever ran, in the Loire Valley, near Saumur, of all places, left me quite achy the next day despite the training, I have to say.

For more information and registration on the 2007 race visit Run Carneros home page.

You can order this poster and those for the 2005 and 2006 races  by e-mailing [email protected]

We wrote previously in Wine Posters Show in San Francisco about Jean-Pierre recent US show.

Are we losing our appetite for discovery and new ideas and ways to do things as the people we do business with learn more and more about...
