The 'No Leave, No Life' campaign reminds us to take a Real Break

The Australian Tourist Board has launched a campaign called 'No Leave, No Life'. It reminds us that many of us feel we are too busy to take vacations.
Are we more productive or just delusional by thinking we can achieve more by working longer hours and besides that not using all our vacation time. Read their Fact and Figures, they could apply to most of the Industrialized Nations.Hero_2
I remember growing up in France, going away for a full month with my parents and siblings for a Full Month vacation. It seems like it was another me in a previous life. I am 'working' on taking a long (by american standards) 2 week vacation in the near future. I cannot remember the last time I did that.
Reading Stefan Stern's You need to work harder column in the Financial Times gave me the urge to write about it.

During my visit to the Bastille Day Fete on 60th Street in New York on Sunday, I had the pleasure to meet briefly with Edward Hamilton a fan and minister of rum.
