Sadaharu Aoki, a Japanese pastry chef dazzling Paris
If you happen to be in Paris in the coming months, I suggest you pay a visit to one of the 3 locations of Patisserie Sadaharu AOKI, one of them is at Galeries Lafayette Gourmet which also includes a 'Wine Library' boasting a selection of 1800 wines from all over the world. The very creative Mr. AOKI comes up with such offerings as 'Eclair Macha', an eclair filled with a green tea scented cream or his 'Salted Caramel Tart' (pictured here) using Caramel made with Sel de Guerande .
I discovered this talented japanese Patissier thanks to Bea of 'La Tartine Gourmande' who just sampled his creations while visiting France.
