My Andalucian 'roots' brought me to Casitas Select

As I was looking for information on Spanish cheeses, I found by accident Casitas Select. They offer a number of attractive rental properties in Andalucia, in the countryside, near the main cities such as Sevilla, Sevilla Cordoba and Granada, and also by the coast, in the Malaga area. I have never used their services so I can judge them only by their selection and prices.
The last time I was in the area was about 15 years ago. I was drawn to Andalucia by the fact that my maternal grandfather was born there. I have to say that I always had a wonderful time in Spain, the pace, the people, the food and the sun which I am craving for right now as spring is approaching.

The cheese is semi-soft with solid flavors. Let it sit room temperature for a bit before eating and have some crusty bread handy. While looking for more details on this cheese, I actually discovered Miguel & Valentino based in Bethesda, Maryland. They distribute gourmet...
