On Mondays, a number of 'bouquinistes' (sellers of used books, movie related items and used records and compact discs) set up shop around Marche St Cyprien in Toulouse (France) as that day the market is closed.
I happened to walk by around 1 pm in August and caught 3 booksellers enjoying a sidewalk lunch washed down with 2 bottles of wines.
The kind of things that would get you if not arrested at least issued a ticket here New Jersey.
