Master Baker, Wu Pao-Chun wins Bread Title at Boulangerie World Cup 2010 in Paris

Wu Pao-Chun of Taiwan won the Master Baker title for 2010 ('Maitre Boulanger') in the 'bread' category on Wednesday, March 10 in Paris at the Boulangerie World Cup.

Competition took place at the International Bakery Show during Europain which shares the space with Sucre et Chocolat ('Sugar and Chocolate') for pastries and confectionery.
