December 16 is Chocolate Covered Everything Day, Feel Up to the Challenge

Is it because December is the last month of the year and we don't want anyone to be upset or feel left out?

5 minutes of browsing MyPunchbowl, I realized that there was not a single day this month without it being National Day of this, that and other in the US.

This week so far, I missed National Cocoa Day (December 13), National Bouillabaisse Day (Dec 14), yesterday (Dec 15) was National Cupcake Day which I failed to report, today (Dec 16) is Chocolate Covered Anything.

Does a chocolate body wrap or facial count?
