Is gourmandise one of the cardinal sins or a sign of an appetite for life?
Unwrapping one of the Papillotes from Revillon after the Chocolate Show, I found these good words from Guy de Maupassant:
"Of all passions, Gourmandise seems to me to be the only one respectable"
