Harumi Kurihara's Latest Book, 'Everyday Harumi', 60 Recipes for Family and Friends

I have to make amends, after writing Harumi Kurihara on How to Make Everyday Exceptional at Japan Society, NY, Sept 24 for my September 10 Tokyo Thursdays, I realized that she had a new book out this month, September 2009.

Titled 'Everyday Harumi' ...Simple Japanese Food for Family and Friends and published by Conran/Octopus.

Here's how the publisher outlines the book objectives:

"Everyday Harumi presents more than 60 home-style recipes for you to make for family and friends. This title demonstrates how easy it is to cook Japanese food for every day occasions without needing to shop at specialist food stores. Arranged by ingredients, it provides recipes for soups, starters, snacks, party dishes, main courses and family feasts."

Looking forward to meet her at Japan Society on Thursday.
