Washington DC Mother's Day Brunch at Civilized Time (via Washingtonian)

Since I previously lamented the fact that some people drag their mother out of bed in order to beat the crowds on Mother's Day, I selected a couple of restaurants with civilized hours in and around Washington DC.
I picked them from Washington Mother's Day Brunch Guide  by Peter Bryce, Kate Nerenberg, Jasmine Touton (Best Bites Blog, Washingtonian).

The first one is  2941 Restaurant in nearby Falls Church, Virginia and not because Bertrand Chemel is a native of Auvergne.
Two options are offered.
Either  a Four Course Prix Fixe Menu ($85 Per Person) or Six Course Tasting Menu ($125 Per Person, Wine Pairing $65).
Not to forget the kids, they have a Four Course Children’s Menu ($25).
Check The Full Menu served from 11:30 am to 8:30 pm.

If your price point is lower Ardeo Restaurant offers a 3 Course Menu for $40 per Person (11:30 am to 3:00 pm).

Last, I have to mention Bastille where no one will be jailed.

The 3 Course Menu is $28 per person, add a cheese course for and extra $9.
Brunch will be served from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm.
