Is 'La Bigarrade' the 'It' Restaurant in Paris as 'Umami' suggests?

As the French Guy from New Jersey, I have to rely on people such as Umami, the Malaysian girl from Paris to keep up with 'It' restaurants in the city of lights.
I had to listen to what she said since she was in Brittany recently and was rasping poetic on crepes.
She suggests 'La Bigarrade' is the hot dog on the Paris dining scene and considers it as the Spring of 2008.

Alexander Lobrano of Gourmet in First Taste called La Bigarrade's chef Christophe Pelé a performance artist.

The restaurant even made it to You Tube with the François Simon video below.
