April 15, Food to Eat on Tax Day (in the US that is)

Hey! well one thing you have to say about Tax Day (in the US) is it is consistent, always takes place on April 15.
If you are still not done and sweating over your return or how much you owe how about some comfort food?
The Cooking Gal at the Orlando Sentinel suggest that April 15 Tax Day deadline calls for comfort food such as Roast Chicken or  Yankee Doodle Dandy Baked Macaroni and Cheese.

Tree Hugger comes up with Tax Reduction slash Healthy Eating Tips with Eat the View: Tax Breaks for Gardens. Unfortunately their suggestions have not made it yet into the Tax Code.

New York Magazine's Grub Street reports in Stimulus Indeed: 10-Cent Cappuccinos on Tax Day
that Sambuca Café at 105 Mulberry Street, near Canal, is offering 5-cent espressos and 10-cent cappuccinos on Tax Day, April 15, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
