Deadline extended for 'Meatballs for Seth'...You Can Now Submit Recipes until January 31st

My schedule being chock full this week, I will not be able to write the wrap up for Meatballs for Seth until the First Week of February.

I decided to turn that delay into an opportunity for those of you who have not contributed yet.
I extended the deadline for submission of tasty meatball recipes to January 31st (Midnight, US Eastern).

I still have not had anyone offer a Croatian Meatball recipe though.
Would love to see one!
