Cutting Off People who had too much to drink...Family and Friends Included

In my restaurant days, I had to deal on many occasions with people who had enough to drink.
It is always tricky to stop serving them.

Some get nasty, show their moods, get loud and/or make fools of themselves.
If it is a couple or a party, making sure that the inebriated one will not drive home matters.

Holidays family get together can be stressful and some try to ease their discomfort or nervousness by having a drink or two...Slow them down and pace yourself this Thanksgiving.
