In any case this new trend (or promotional gimmick) named Pedal to Properties is the brainchild of 2 real estate entrepreneurs in Boulder, Colorado.
The bike riding is optional but if you want to go for it, they will lend you a set of wheels if you do not have one. It might even be fun and it is greener than a gas guzzler.
I could see this work in my area.
