As a sign of respect for your coworkers, life partners, friends and whoever else might be having lunch with you, turn off your cellphone, blackberry or any other communication tool you might use.
Even if for only 30 minutes, pay attention only to the food and the company.
This might help you get back in touch with your Human side and gain some respect from your lunch or dinner partners.
Life is fleeting after all.
We should all remember that on the Eve of this 6th Anniversary of September 11.
And who likes cold food anyway.
