Montclair...Colorado...A Hubbuzz Neighborhood...Rental Matchmaking

I already knew that besides My Montclair (New Jersey) there was one in Virginia and another in the Bay Area. I discovered the California twin while sorting out a bookstore misunderstanding with Howard Rheingold who lives in the Bay Area.

As for Montclair, Colorado, a neighborhood of Denver actually came up while taking a first look at Hubbuzz.

The recently launched Hubbuzz wants to be a matchmaker of sorts between Landlords and Tenants.

Rather than offering just listings though Hubbuzz wants to highlight the distinct qualities and idiosyncrasies of each neighborhood and share the sense of community that make them standout.

You can research your options by Cities, Neighborhoods and even for some properties by Apartments.

So far the site is limited to San Diego, Los Angeles, Denver and Colorado Springs.

The information is offered as an overview, photos, a blog and maps.

Interesting take, let's see if they grow into something bigger and better.

In the meantime, let me give them a B+ for their effort.
