Just a quick reminder that today for the Summer Solstice many cities around the world celebrate by staging Free Events in many flavors for Fete de La Musique.
For the first time New York city joins the fray with Make Music New York which we covered earlier this week.
In Belgium the Celebration lasts until Sunday.
In Malaysia it will be on Sunday according to local site Kakiseni.
Breaking the rules the Alliance Francaise of Los Angeles had an event on June 10 in Beverly Hills and on top of that charged for it.
From what heard today on Brian Lehrer show, the New York festivities will offer some 500 choices.
