In this 'Age of Interruption' can we turn our days into better ones by reducing our availability to others to times of our choosing.
I personally reduce the interruptions by not sharing my cell phone with everyone. I give it only to people who need to reach me.
If my schedule is crowded, I give specific times when I can be reached on these days.
