From 'Eat Well, Be Well' to 'Bonfire Night'

Reading Becks and Posh Take on eating Escolar (a fish also known as 'snake mackerel' if you wondered) led me to the Food Standard Agency of the UK Government of all things.

What interested me most in their offerings was the Eat Well, Be Well section with Tips such as The Best of Autumn in Fruit and Vegetables (you know 5 a Day).

I was intrigued by another topic listed on their page, Bonfire Night. Guyfawkes

What was it? I had to find out and discovered that Bonfire Night is a very British holiday taking place on November 5th and otherwise known as Guy Fawkes Night.

In any case the British authorities seem to take their citizen's eating habits very seriously.

Maybe you will put the Bonfire Night Recipes to the test.
